All e-liquid and disposables, once opened, cannot be returned for refund. Exchanges can be made on disposables with a demonstrated malfunction within two days of purchase. Vape and 420 electronic devices can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase and all original packaging. Consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. Glass and Pottery are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for store credit within 15 days of purchase if returned in new condition.
